What's inside a gift parcel?
It's a surprise! However, there will always be a minimum of four (4) items inside and they'll be one each of the following - Edible, Lifestyle, Homewares and Beauty/Fashion.
How frequently do the parcels get released?
The main parcel, the Diamantina, is released every 3 months - just in time for the change of the season.
What's the go with subscribing?
Subscribing to the Diamantina parcel is a fantastic way to make sure you don't miss out on a seasonal release. There are only a small number of each release and we always sell out.
What do you mean by 'rural & regional'?
Each parcel is stocked by women-led businesses who are located in rural or regional areas. That means they are living over 100km from a capital city and in a town with a population under 100'000.
Where do you ship/post?
Anywhere within Australia. I use Australia Post to send all of my parcels.
Can I buy multiple parcels and post them to different addresses?
Totally can! Simply leave me a note at checkout with the addresses or to let me know an email will follow with further instructions. If they don't make sense, I'll let you know.
This parcel is a gift - do you have cards available?
Yes - I can personalise with your message, so long as you leave me a note at checkout.
I'm a subscriber - how do I log in and change my information?
Firstly, you need to visit the client portal to create an account using the email address you used at purchase. Once you've created an account, you can then click 'manage my subscription' to update payment methods or shipping instructions, as well as cancel or pause your parcel subscription.
